Do I need coding or IT skills?

No. You describe what you need in plain business English, and the AI writes the code. Every prompt is in the Prompt Library, and the 41 troubleshooting answers cover the typical problems. You can even utilize this learning and build some other practical tools.

Which AI tool do I need?

A preferably paid plan of a major AI: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude or any other AI. A free plan would also work but the results will not be as great and fast compared to a paid plan. AI builder agents such as Lovable or Bolt.new also work but I do not recommend using them during the course as they automatically build other features, which may confuse you, plus I want to teach you how to control every build step, which is more difficult in builder agents.

Is it safe to use with my company's data?

You build and test on the fictitious course data, so no real data goes to the AI. The finished tool is a single HTML file that runs locally in your browser, so your data is never uploaded to a server. A dedicated section covers data-privacy rules, company policy and safe practice for sharing, storing and using the tool with the company data.
