Do I need coding or IT skills?

No. You copy the complete first prompt and the AI builds the tool. A second prompt shows you how to improve it, and the course explains how to check the results. Basic familiarity with accounting journals will help you interpret the review examples, but no software-development skills are required.

Which AI tool do I need?

Preferably a paid plan of a major AI: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude or another. The build reads the Excel workbooks and returns a complete HTML file plus a Word Test Log, so free plans may hit file or usage limits. AI builder agents such as Lovable or Bolt.new also work, but I don't recommend them during the course: they add features on their own, and here you want to control every build step.

Is it safe to use with my company's data?

You build and test on fictitious course data, so no real data goes to the AI. The finished dashboard is a single HTML file that runs locally in your browser, so your data is never uploaded to a server. A dedicated lesson covers data protection, company AI policy and safe practice for customizing, sharing and storing the tool and its potential fraud review files.

Will it work with my own ERP exports?

The supplied tool is built around the course's reference data structure. Your own exports may need different sheet names, fields, dates, amount conventions or journal keys. The customization prompt guides the AI to analyse your structure, propose mappings and ask questions before you approve development.

It also covers company dimensions and multiple entities. After customization, test the affected calculations, journal grouping, notes and month-replacement rules before relying on the tool. This is a guided adaptation process.
